Cantor Esa Pyöriä (b. 24.4.1951) regards himself as composer and arranger for “usable music”.
He has work as a church musician in several parishes, in Savonlinna since 1990.
Since 1976 he has composed songs for solo voice, composed and arranged songs for mixed choir, female choir and childrens’ choir, wind orchestra, brass band and chamber orchestra.
Among the years he has composed regularly liturgical music, christmas carols and sacred songs for chamberchoir.
