The German composer Jörg Duda made his first compositions at age of 9. He enrolled at the the classroom of Prof. P. Kiesewetter and Prof. D. Acker in München University Music School and graduated with a diploma in Organ, Music Theory and Composing. He has worked as an organist and assistant choir master in Basilica Scheyern. His compositions are an elegant but very demanding, mixture of several different styles, influenced by his interest in Mozart and Bach. He has composed a large number of work for chamber ensembles, especially for winds. Also some larger works has been composed like Christmasoratorium “NOË !“ (1995) und Missa „Laetentur coeli“ Op. 46 (2004/07) für Soli, Choir, Orchestra and Organ.
He has started dedicating himself to bringing out regional composers like Johann Feldmayr (1579-1635), Georg Feldmayr (1756-1834), Paul Wineberger (1758-1821).
