Terms of delivery

The note prices include VAT 10 %. Payment is carried out in Euro currency. We reserve the right to change prices. Progress of the order will be notified via email. A contract is formed when the order confirmation has been sent.

The order will be automatically cancelled within a month if in unclear matters contact via email is not established.

Delivery cost is added to the order’s total cost according to weight.

The products can be changed or returned within 14 days.

Orders will be delivered via email or Posti depending on the payment method and the size of the package to the distribution point or your doorstep.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
